Joe Novosielski

Joe grew up in Elyria, OH and started Blades of Grass Landscaping in 2019. Joe's favorite part of the job is he loves being a business owner, building relationships with customers and employees built on integrity and trust. His best advice for a customer looking to hire Blades of Grass is not to focus solely on the cost of services. There is truth behind the old cliché “you get what you pay for”. We stand by our quality of work and professionalism, which many might not get from the landscaping guy down the street. 

Kelly Moore

Kelly grew up in Wooster, OH and currently lives in Avon Lake. She is the Office Manager for Blades of Grass and has been with company since January 2022. Kelly's favorite part of the job is meeting new people and having the ability to help our clients. She loves working with the crew as well. "Each of them are great, hardworking individuals!" Her best advice for someone looking for services in our industry is to trust in our company and the services we provide. We pride ourselves on our communication, honesty, and the work that we do.

Myron Dobranksy

Myron was born in Haymarket, VA and currently resides in North Olmsted, OH. He is one of our landscape technicians and has been with the company since April of 2022. Myron's favorite part of the job is working with a team that feels like a big family. Myron's advice for anyone looking to hire Blades of Grass Landscaping is "We may not the best, but we are the best looking! (Just kidding) We're both!" No matter the job. or the conditions, we will always do our best to ensure a happy customer experience.

Dan Novosielski

Dan is from Elyria and started with the Blades of Grass Team in February of 2024. Dan is our Operations Manager and can fix anything we throw at him! His favorite part of the job is the diversity of the employees and working for the premier landscape company in Lorain Ohio. The advice Dan would give to potential clients is Blades of Grass goes beyond expectations in customer service and presentation of our product.....which is making their personal oasis beautiful.” 

Kenny Martin

Kenny is from Norwalk and he joined the Blades of Grass Team is spring of 2024. He is a crew lead for both our lawn and landscape team! His favorite part of the job is the before and after of a job. Kenny’s advice to a customer looking to hire Blades of Grass is, “If you are looking for professional, quick, and efficient work look no further.”
