Joe Novosielski

Joe grew up in Elyria, OH and started Blades of Grass Landscaping in 2019. Joe's favorite part of the job is he loves being a business owner, building relationships with customers and employees built on integrity and trust. His best advice for a customer looking to hire Blades of Grass is not to focus solely on the cost of services. There is truth behind the old cliché “you get what you pay for”. We stand by our quality of work and professionalism, which many might not get from the landscaping guy down the street. 

Kelly Moore

Kelly grew up in Wooster, OH and currently lives in Avon Lake. She is the Office Manager for Blades of Grass and has been with company since January 2022. Kelly's favorite part of the job is meeting new people and having the ability to help our clients. She loves working with the crew as well. "Each of them are great, hardworking individuals!" Her best advice for someone looking for services in our industry is to trust in our company and the services we provide. We pride ourselves on our communication, honesty, and the work that we do.

Courtney Moss

Courtney and her husband currently live in Oberlin, OH with their adorable dog. She joined the Blades of Grass Landscaping team in July of 2023 as our administrative assistant! Courtney’s favorite part of the job is the behind-the-scenes tasks she does to help support our team so they can focus on providing the best care of our customers! Her advice for anyone looking to hire Blades of Grass Landscaping is, “know that our customers are our absolute focus, we strive for excellence in everything we do.”

Myron Dobranksy

Myron was born in Haymarket, VA and currently resides in North Olmsted, OH. He is one of our landscape technicians and has been with the company since April of 2022. Myron's favorite part of the job is working with a team that feels like a big family. Myron's advice for anyone looking to hire Blades of Grass Landscaping is "We may not the best, but we are the best looking! (Just kidding) We're both!" No matter the job. or the conditions, we will always do our best to ensure a happy customer experience.

Emily Novosielski

Emily is from Amherst, OH and she is one of our landscaping crew leaders. She has been with the company for 2 years. Emily's favorite part of the job is working with her uncle Joe! Emily's advice for any customer is that our crew will go above and beyond to accommodate our customer's needs. 

Matt Maslanka

Matt currently lives in Wellington, OH. He has been an employee of Blades of Grass Landscaping since 2022. Matt is one of our mow team crew leaders. His favorite part of the job is making a customer’s lawn look beautiful! Matt’s advice for anyone looking to hire Blades of Grass Landscaping is, “we are great company, all of us whether you use our landscaping team or the mowing team. We are all hardworking, and will do our best to make your lawn and landscaping look beautiful!”

John Maslanka

John currently resides in Wellington, OH and has worked for Blades of Grass Landscaping since 2022. John is one of our lawn technicians and works on a crew with his father Matt. Great father/son team! John’s favorite part of the job is putting in nice stripes in a customer’s lawn and making their yard look like the best on the street! John’s advice for anyone looking to hire Blades of Grass Landscaping is, “we are a great company top to bottom. We are dedicated, loyal and respectful of the customer’s property.”

Zach Novosielski

Zach is from Elyria, OH and is also new to the company! Starting with us in spring of 2023. Zach is one of our Lawn Care Managers. His favorite part of the job is that there is always something to work on and a new property to transform! Zach’s advice when hiring Blades of Grass Landscaping is, “I would tell the client that Blades of Grass is very thorough, and we go above and beyond for the customer’s needs!” 

Matt Kirsch

Matt is from Amherst, OH and has been with the company since March 2022. Matt is one of our landscape technicians and his favorite part of the job is doing honest work and providing quality services to our customers. Eric Lamb

Eric currently lives in Amherst, OH with his wife and two sons. He is one our landscape technicians and he also considers himself the wheel barrel expert of the crew! Eric joined the BOG Team in 2023, but quickly found his place! His favorite part of the job is his coworkers. (What a nice guy!) Eric’s advice to anyone looking to hire Blades of Grass Landscaping is “BOG is the most professional landscape company I have worked for.
